If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, please call our customer care at 1-757-358-6698. To be eligible for a return on skin care products (body cream & lotion, soap, body oil etc.), it must be unused, unopened, seal intact and in the same condition that you received it. Merchandise must be returned in “as sold” condition with all parts, packaging, boxes, and tags included. Please NOTE to be eligible for a return/refund on skin care products as listed above, items must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed immediately once the item is confirmed received and we would send you an email as a proof of refund. Money will be refunded back to same credit/debit card used for purchase and if you used PayPal, your money goes back to your PayPal account.
Any product(s) received damaged would be replaced to the customer. We ask customers to provide their email address when they speak to our customer service representative. We would send you a return label with a return address. Ladybee Swiss Lace bears the cost of shipping for returns items due to damage.
We will replace any wrong item received to the customer and we will also provide a return shipping label to the customer. If a customer received wrong item other than what was ordered, please contact our customer care at 1-757-358-6698. A return shipping label will be sent to the customer via email. Let us know if you want a replacement or refund. If a customer wants the item to be replaced, then we will process within 2 days. On the other hand, if a customer chooses a refund, that refund will be processed once item is received. Money will be processes back to the same credit/debit card used for purchase and if customer use PayPal, the refund goes back to the PayPal account.
Items not Received
If you have not received your item(s) after 7 days, please call our customer care at 1-757-358-6698 so we can track and resolve the issue immediately. Order not received would be replaced within 3 days once we confirm from the carrier that it was lost in transit or non-deliverable.
We accept return on all fabric materials received within 14 days after the delivery date.
